To enter a carnival you must be a financial member of
Masters Swimming NSW.
Getting the information
Flyers are available for all carnivals. They contain the following information: date of carnival, venue of carnival, swim events at carnival, as well as any
other information relevant to the carnival e.g. warm up time, a social event following the carnival etc.
Flyers are available after training sessions from the Race Secretary (Lindsay Brice). They can be
downloaded from the NSW website at http://www.mastersswimmingnsw.org.au/Competition/Events/Meet-Calendar
Entering a carnival
All carnival entries are now done on-line through the Masters Swimming NSW website.

Closing dates for entries
The closing date for entries to our club is published with our newsletter (occasionally), and on this web site. For the most
up to date information, see the Calendar for
Carnivals page. Club closing date is not flexible, and
is always BEFORE the closing date published on the website of Masters Swimming NSW.
Please phone Lindsay (0414 809 526) if you have difficulty getting your entry in on time.
Payment of entries
Payment is by cheque, cash or EFT. If paying after a training session, please put the money with your entry form into a
sealed envelope with your name on it and the name of the carnival/s you are entering. If you enter by e-mail, please include details of when
and how you will be making payment. If paying by EFT, please include your name and name of carnival in the 'transaction description'..
Unable to attend a carnival you have entered
If you are unable to attend a carnival you have entered, please contact Lindsay (0414 809 526) or Dawn (0419 355 438) ASAP. This is
important as relay entries need to be finalised.
