About Us
As an active club of Masters Swimming NSW, our members are a mix of social and competitive swimmers interested in both pool and ocean swimming.
We cater to a range of swim levels and our regular training sessions focus on improving technique as well as fitness.
We host a variety of fun social events throughout the year and enjoy a coffee together after our regular swim sessions.

Ocean swims
Every Saturday, we meet outside Manly Surf Club at 9.30am for the popular Manly to Shelly Beach and return ocean swim.
Swimming with the marine life of Cabbage Tree Bay is a beautiful way to start the weekend.
We offer encouragement, but don’t provide water safety for this, so you must swim according to your own surf assessment and ability.
